Wv Governor Justice Visits Eastern Panhandle To Make Push For “Roads to Prosperity” Referendum

West Virginia Governor Jim Justice was in Keyser Tuesday, as he travels around the state in support of his upcoming “Roads to Prosperity” referendum.  The Governor held a town hall meeting in the Davis Conference Center on the campus of Potomac State College and also made stops in Moorefield and Berkeley Springs. He was accompanied by Department of Transportation Secretary Tom Smith.  The special election this Saturday will authorize $1.6 billion of general obligation road bonds – an amount that is part of an overall $3 billion bonding effort the state could undertake for road improvements.  Governor Justice said that there has been a great deal of misinformation spreading about the program…
