The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Western Allegany County in western Maryland...
  Northeastern Mineral County in eastern West Virginia...

* Until 645 PM EDT Monday.

* At 1242 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain which will cause flooding. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
  Cumberland, Frostburg, Keyser, Westernport, Bel Air, La Vale,
  Lonaconing, Piedmont, Ridgeley, Cresaptown, Potomac Park, Wiley
  Ford, Eckhart Mines, Rawlings, Barton, Midland, Franklin, Woodland,
  Dogwood Flats and Reynolds.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
