On Saturday, Cumberland Police served a Circuit Court warrant on John Phillip Blank Jr. for violation of probation.
The warrant was issued when Blank violated conditions of his probation when he was charged with robbery, theft and assault back on November 26th, 2018.
He was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond.
