Clean up efforts for the crash on I 68 westbound are completed and all lanes on the interstate are now open.  

Inititial report: 1:11 PM

The Cumberland Police Department is advising motorists to avoid I 68 westbound at this time.  A motor vehicle crash involving a tractor trailer has shut down two lanes, with one lane remaining open.  Traffic is moving slowly at this time.  The crash is just prior to exit 43/Beall St.  Police are on scene at this time and expect traffic to be affected until approximately 2:30 PM while the scene is being cleared.  A fuel leak occurred as a result and crews are working to clean up the spill.  Motorists are urged to use an alternative route until the interstate can be fully reopened
