With planning for the new Allegany High School, sides have been drawn between the Board of Education and the Allegany County Commissioners on a multi-million dollar shortfall in funding which may impact the plans of the building and possibility of scratching athletic fields at the new location. Commissioner Bill Valentine was a guest on the Dave Norman Program this morning and issued a challenge as well as a promise to Allegany High School sports teams:
