Cumberland city police made two assault arrests Saturday.  At Jane Frazier Village, 38 year old Larry Joseph Rodeheaver was charged with second degree assault and held without bond.  On Park Street, 38 year old Carl Jeffrey Jones was charged with second degree assault and taken before the District Court Commissioner.
