City police made a pair of arrests on Friday. 31 year old Jordan Calvin Preston was formally charged after he was found at an Arch Street address in violation of a protective order that ordered him to stay away from the address and a female.

In a separate case, 25 year old Arica Dawn Graham was charged with violation of probation and held in lieu of $500 bond.
