On March 11^th, 2020 officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a Baltimore Street address for a reported check on well being. Officers then spoke with Hope Ann Schell, and Logan Malachi O’Brien. The officers then learned that both Schell and O’Brien were wanted for failing to appear for court in Pennsylvania. Both Schell and O’Brien were placed under arrest, charged as fugitives from justice, and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center where they were held without bond.

Hope Ann Schell, age 24, Cumberland Maryland.

Logan Malachi O’Brien, age 23, Cumberland Maryland.
