On Thursday, at approximately 9:30 PM Deputies of the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office were on routine patrol in the area of Midlothian Road in Frostburg.
Deputies observed a vehicle commit several traffic violations as it exited Interstate 68 onto Midlothian/Braddock Road. A traffic stop and subsequently a probable cause search were conducted.
Pursuant to the search, deputies discovered the operator and passenger to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana, narcotic prescription pills, crack cocaine, heroin, fentanyl and other paraphernalia in sufficient quantity and circumstances to indicate the intent to distribute the same. A sum of US Currency and the vehicle were also seized.
Arrested was the operator of the vehicle, Colin Hoffler – 22 years old of Baltimore/Frostburg, and a passenger, El Barca II – 30 years old of Baltimore/Frostburg,
The two were detained at the Allegany County Detention Center to await a bond hearing on the following charges:

Possession w/Intent to Distribute Marijuana
Possession w/Intent to Distribute Schedule II Narcotic
Possession of CDS x 2
Unlawful Removal of Rx. Label
Failure to Appear Warrant – Allegany County
Hoffler:
Possession w/Intent to Distribute Marijuana
Possession w/Intent to Distribute Schedule II Narcotic
Possession w/Intent to Distribute Heroin
Possession w/Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine
Possession w/Intent to Distribute Fentanyl
