The Cumberland Times News reports one lane of westbound Interstate 68 is open as emergency responders remain at the scene of a tractor-trailer fire near the Finzel exit. Firefighters and ambulance crews from Garrett and Allegany counties were first called to the 29-mile marker about 12:40 p.m. for what dispatchers called a "fully involved" fire. Hazardous materials cleanup teams are also at the scene. Traffic is slowly moving through the area.
