On Friday just after 3 PM, Washington County 911 dispatched MSP Hagerstown Troopers to a MULTIPLE vehicle accident eastbound I-70 @ 29mm, Hagerstown, Maryland. One of the vehicles involved was a tractor-trailer fully engulfed in the roadway, no serious injuries at this time. Both EB and WB of I-70 are shut-down until further notice.
