On Saturday, July 04, 2015 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Tyrell Aaron Morris. The summons charges Morris with theft. A private citizen applied for charges at District Court in reference to Morris stealing her camera. Morris was served with the summons and released pending his trail at District Court.
