The planning committee for the George Washington Whiskey Rebellion Fest has decided to postpone the Fest until September 11, 2020.
The committee decided this after careful consideration of the COVID-19 outbreak and subsequent public safety regulations.
A ticket to the George Washington Whiskey Rebellion Fest, brought to you by the Community Trust Foundation will still get you tastings and sales of a dozen brands of whiskey, vodka, brandy, rum, wines and beers. You will also enjoy live Colonial games, swag bags, continuous servings of fabulous food from Good Carma Catering, an open beer and wine bar, and opportunities to win dozens of fabulous items at the Silent Auction. You can also get a Sober Ride home – (if you need it!)
Friday September 11, 6-10pm, Allegany Museum, 3 Pershing St Cumberland MD.
Only $50 per ticket ($75 at the door). Purchase through the Whiskey Rebellion Facebook page, at www.whiskeyrebellioncumberland.com, or purchase at the Book Center, Cumberland, or Main St Books, Frostburg.
The Fest will be a highlight of Heritage Days which will extend from Thursday evening September 10 to Sunday September 13.
All proceeds go to keeping our Allegany Museum open and telling the great stories of our region.
