City Police served a criminal summons on 55 year old Charlie Parker, of Cumberland.  The summons was issued as a result of a Theft complaint filed by a private citizen who alleged that Parker stole a refrigerator and a stove from the victims residence on Virginia Avenue.  Parker was charged with theft and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.
