Ocean City has postponed Fireworks, but it looks like Hurricane Arthur may stay off of Maryland's Eastern Shore.  The latest weather radar shows the storm tracking more to the northeast.  But the Category 2 storm is expected to bring rain and high surf, along with some beach erosion.
