Allegany County 911 dispatched Cumberland Police, Fire and EMS and Allegany County Sheriff's Deputies to Oldtown Road near Uhl Highway for a stabbing incident. Dispatch notes the patient in "trauma arrest." WCBC News will have further details as they become available.
