The future of slot machines at Rocky Gap took another step backward Friday as the slot machine commission unanimously voted to reject a proposal put forward by Landow Partners LLC.  The 6-0 vote was predicated on the lack of a full financial plan or business plan, according to Don Fry, chairman of the slots commission.  The commission may still consider a slots proposal from Evitts Resort LLC, but Chairman Fry said that proposal won’t be evaluated for at least another month.
