On 06.22.2016 at approximately 9:40 PM Deputies of The Allegany County Sheriff's Office responded to a residence on Legislative Road in Barton for a reported theft. 

It was learned that a resident observed someone enter his vehicle and flee on foot onto Legislative Road. The victim observed the male get picked up by a silver or gray mini-van, possibly a Chrysler with Maryland registration being driven by a white female, and speed away from the area. 

The victim then learned that the suspect had stolen a purse containing banking and personal information from the vehicle,
