Renovations to the historic Footer Dye Works building are continuing on schedule- with tentative plans for upper story loft apartments to be ready to rent as early as next month- and work on a brew pub on a fast track. Doug Reed, who sits on the Canal Place Preservation and Development Authority, provided a brief update on the project during Tuesday’s regular meeting. He says developer Michael Joy and his team has done a tremendous job in restoring the structure- and there is optimism that tenants can start moving in within the next few months…
