Less than 24 hours after Baltimore City Council members called for Mayor Catherine Pugh's resignation, the question is: can Mayor Pugh be removed from office? The city's charter lays out the powers of mayor and other city officials. While it shows the City Council President can be removed from office, it does not mention any way to remove the mayor.
