5:20 PM UPDATE:

Potomac Edison is reporting that most involved in the Cumberland outage have electric now.

INITIAL REPORT:

Potomac Edison indicates there are over 900 customers in Cumberland, and approximately 200 customers in Frostburg without power this afternoon.

Unconfirmed reports say a tree on Valley Road may be the cause of the Cumberland issue.

Power in the Queen City is expected to be restored by 6 PM.
