A power outage around 10:45PM Monday night effecting between 50 – 100 customers including WCBC AM & FM was caused by a downed tree in North Cumberland. Power was restored around 2AM Tuesday.

A power outage in the Cumberland area was reported at 12:18am this morning at the Howard St. circuit out of the Thomas St. substation. 311 customers were affected and all customers had their power restored by 4:25am. Crews will have to pump out a man hole to further investigate the problem…
