During Thursday’s business meeting of the Allegany County Commissioners, Bill Smith of the Potomac Highlands Airport Authority addressed the recent resignation from that group by Commissioner Creade Brodie. Smith, a Keyser resident, praised Brodie for his “dedicated service” saying it was always in the best interest of the airport and that he was willing to make difficult decisions in light of external critics.
