Criminal Summons Served

 

On Monday,  the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Michael Steven Ford, age 37, of Cumberland, MD.  The summons stems from a motor vehicle crash which took place on May 14, 2014 on Race Street at Fourth Street.  On that date Ford was operating a 1995 Dodge passenger vehicle and while traveling on Race Street he struck a parked vehicle.  Charges were applied for resulting in the criminal summons being issued.  The summons charges Ford with reckless and negligent driving.
