On 06/30/14 Cumberland Police Officers served Criminal Summons' on Ashley Baldwin and Alisa Platt. The Summons' were a result of an incident that occurred on 06/28/14. On that date the Cumberland Police were called and responded to a Henderson Avenue residence. Upon the Officers' arrival they interviewed the victims. It was learned that Baldwin and Platt had allegedly been sending threatening messages to the victims via the internet. The victims stated Baldwin and Platt then arrived and began throwing water bottles at the residence. Baldwin and Platt then exited the vehicle and approached the residence. The victim then entered the residence and Baldwin and Platt began beating on the door and continued to threaten the victims. Baldwin and Platt then grabbed the Air Conditioner unit from the window, knocking it out of the window onto the porch. The victim was then able to shut the window where the Air Conditioner had been, just prior to Baldwin and Platt attempting to enter the residence through that window. Baldwin and Platt then left the area in a vehicle, prior to the arrival of the Officers. Both Baldwin and Platt were served the Criminal Summons' and released pending trial in District Court.

Charges: Litter/Dump under 100 lbs., Attempted 4th Degree Burglary, Attempted 3rd Degree Burglary, Second Degree Assault, Malicious Destruction of Property and Disturbing the Peace.
