Criminal Summons Served

On May 17, 2015 Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Felicia Laray Williams, age 27 of Cumberland, Maryland.  The summons was issued after the Cumberland City Police responded to 22 South Street on May 12, 2015 for a reported domestic disturbance.  During an investigation into the matter the victim told officers that Williams threw a cup of coffee at her during an argument.  Williams was served with the summons and released pending her trial date in District Court.
