THEFT
On Sunday February 1, 2015, at 2:00 pm, Cumberland City Police Officers responded to a business on Park Street for a reported Theft. Contact was made with store personnel who advised that Beth Blough, age 33 of Cumberland, was allegedly observed taking a quantity of store owned items, placing them in her purse and walked out of the business without paying for them. Blough was located at her residence where she was criminally cited and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.

CHARGE: Theft less than $100.00 dollars.
WARRANT
On Sunday February 1, 2015, Cumberland City Police served a Bench Warrant on Tajh Miller, age 25 of Cumberland. The warrant was issued as a result of Miller failing to appear for court on August 22, 2015 after being notified to do so. Miller was processed, served and taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioners Office for a bond hearing. He was released on his personal recognizance pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.
