On July 7th, 2020 officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a Grand Avenue address for a reported bicycle theft. Short time later officers responded to a separate incident and observed Drezdin Jose Delgado to be riding the stolen bicycle. Delgado was placed under arrest and issued a Criminal Citation for Theft Less than $100.
Arrest: Drezdin Jose Delgado, age 18, Cumberland Maryland
Charge: Theft Less than $100
