Cumberland Police, Fire and EMS responded to the parking lot of McDonald's near the Cumberland Mall after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle.

WCBC's Mike McAteer reports from the scene that the injured party was in obvious agony after the incident.  She was placed on a gurney and taken to Western Maryland Health System for treatment following the 10:10 AM mishap.
