Maryland State Police conducted a raid on Pawn Depot in Hagerstown late in the week, looking for evidence that the company was operating an illegal loan business.

54 year old George Parker is said to have been offering loans without the appropriate licenses, charging interest rates not allowed by law, and selling items he wasn't permitted to.
