Over the weekend, WCBC broke the story that four Maryland Republican lawmakers have taken Governor Larry Hogan to federal court over the implementation of executive orders during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Neil Parrott represents Washington County, and says he had concerns about the orders today, and also doesn’t want a legal precedent to have been set for the next crisis…

During this outbreak of a contagious disease Parrott doesn’t think the Governor should be able to enforce a rule requiring distancing . A rule made in the hopes of keeping people alive.
As I’ve said before this is a PR stunt made to gain name recognition before the upcoming elections.
I’m sure that a lot of people will remember his name.
