No details are being released, but there are unconfirmed reports of a death at Emericks Meat and Packing Company in Hyndman this morning. Emergency Management in Bedford would only say that Pennsylvania State Police are investigating an "incident" at the business. A spokeserson at the state police barracks declined to comment, saying only that a press release would be issued at one point.
