On Wednesday, December 12th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department responded to Parkview Liquors on Greene Street for a theft complaint.  When officers arrived, they learned that a while male had just left the store without paying for a bottle of liquor.  Officers were able to locate the male a short distance from the store and he was identified as Mark Nathanile Frickanish.  A store employee was able to positively identify Frickanish and he was placed under arrest. Frickanish was issued a criminal citation for theft less than $100 and released pending trial.
