Allegany High School junior, Trevan Powell, recently received the Tom O'Rourke Memorial Award, which is given to the most articulate high school football player in Allegany County for the 2019 football season. The award was voted on by local radio personnel. Pictured is Allegany principal, Mrs. Heidi Laupert; Treven Powell; and Allegany Head Football Coach, Mr. Bryan Hansel.
