I have been unemployed since March 13. I still have not received any unemployment benefits. After several weeks I was able to finally file. I’ve submitted all of the necessary documentation and I meet all of the eligibility criteria. I have 2 children and I haven’t had a paycheck since March. Just promises of benefits I have yet to receive. There is no one to call for help. They don’t answer the phone or it’s busy. No human has ever responded.
