THE HIGHEST GUSTS WILL BE ACROSS ELEVATIONS ABOVE 2500 FEET OVERNIGHT THROUGH MIDDAY THURSDAY. WINDS DECREASING TO 10 TO 20 MPH LATER THURSDAY AFTERNOON INTO THURSDAY NIGHT. * WIND CHILL...10 TO 20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO FOR ELEVATIONS ABOVE 2500 FEET. * TIMING...OVERNIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT. * IMPACTS...EXTREMELY LOW WIND CHILLS PRESENT A THREAT FOR THE RAPID DEVELOPMENT OF FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA. * TEMPERATURES...LOWS TONIGHT IN THE SINGLE DIGITS TO LOWER TEENS. HIGHS THURSDAY IN THE TEENS. LOWS THURSDAY NIGHT 5 BELOW ZERO TO FIVE ABOVE ZERO. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
