The Allegany County Health Department reports that the county’s tally of confirmed COVID-19 cases remains at 165 today.  Additionally, no new deaths were reported from the virus. To date, 1,990 Allegany County residents have been tested for COVID-19. Of those, 1,747 were negative, 165 were positive, and 78 are pending.
