The Allegany County Health Department reports that the county’s tally of confirmed COVID-19 cases remains at 166 today.  Additionally, no new deaths were reported from the virus. To date, 2,198 Allegany County residents have been tested for COVID-19. Of those, 1,830 were negative, 166 were positive, and 202 are pending.
