Former Cumberland City Councilwoman Nicole Alt Myers became the first official candidate for the House of Delegates 1C seat- filing to run Wednesday in Annapolis.  With incumbent Mike McKay now pursuing the Allegany County Register of Wills seat- he has taken himself out of running for a second term and unless he has a change of heart the 1C race will be wide open.
