The Cumberland Times News reports Frostburg has its next police chief. After what was described as an "extensive interview process," city officials on Thursday picked Frostburg Police Lt. Nicholas Costello to lead the department beginning July 1. He'll replace Chief Royce Douty, who is retiring after four decades of service to the Mountain City.
The appointment was made during a meeting of the mayor and Council.
