Disorderly Conduct/Trespassing Arrest
On February 15, 2017 at approximately 6:18 PM Cumberland Police officers were called to a Willison Place business for a report of a female causing a disturbance. Officers arrived and were advised that a female, identified as Earlene Everett, entered the business and ordered an alcoholic beverage. After being served she began to become belligerent. She was asked to leave the business and did so. She returned a short time later and began to cause another loud noise disturbance by using foul language in front of other customers. She was again asked to leave the business and the Police were called. Officers attempted to speak with Everett and she immediately began yelling at the Officers creating a further disturbance. Everett was advised to stop causing the disturbance but she continued to yell. Everett was then placed under arrest and transported to the Cumberland Police Department where she was issued criminal citations and released pending trial at Allegany County District Court. Warrant Arrest On February 15, 2017
Cumberland Police Officers served a criminal warrant on Matthew Kline. The warrant was for a Failure to Appear in Court on an original charge of Theft between $1,000 and $10,000 in value. Kline was taken for a bond hearing with the Allegany County District Court Commissioner and he was held on $5,000 bond. Arrested: Matthew D. Kline, age 43, Cumberland, MD Charges: Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear
Criminal Summons Arrest
On February 15, 2017 Cumberland Police Officers served a criminal summons on Amanda Tallman. The summons stemmed from an incident that occurred on January 24, 2017. On that occasion officers were on patrol in the area of N. Centre Street and observed a subject acting in a suspicious manner. Officers spoke to Amanda Tallman and asked if they could search her for Officer Safety reasons. Tallman agreed to the search. Officers located a hypodermic needle and other CDS paraphernalia. Officers also located a substance suspected to be heroin, a schedule I controlled dangerous substance. The items were seized and the Officer filed paperwork for Tallman at Allegany County District Court. A criminal summons was issued for Tallman. The summons was served and she was released pending trial in Allegany County District Court. Arrested: Amanda Y. Tallman, age 23, Cumberland, MD Charges: CDS Possession other than marijuana and CDS Possession of paraphernalia.
Criminal Summons Arrest
On February 15, 2017 Cumberland Police Officers served a criminal summons on Brittany Miller. The summons stemmed from an incident that occurred on February 11, 2017. On that occasion Officers responded to a Bedford Street residence in reference to a possible assault. Officers spoke to the male victim who stated he and the suspect, Brittany Miller, had been involved in an argument and she assaulted him. The victim had no injuries and Miller left the scene. The victim filed charges at the Allegany County District Court Commissioner’s office and a summons was issued. The criminal summons was served on Miller and she was released pending trial at Allegany County District Court. Arrested: Brittany N. Miller, age 21, Cumberland, MD Charges: Assault: Second Degree
