On 5/1/17 Troopers from the McHenry Barrack responded to the 300  block of Fearer Road, Friendsville, Maryland, in reference to a burglary/theft complaint.  Investigation revealed that sometime between 4/15/17 and 5/1/17 an unknown person or persons entered an unlocked garage at the location and stole a portable generator.  The generator is described as a yellow and black Champion generator.  Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call the Maryland State Police McHenry Barrack.  

As a reminder police advise citizens to always secure your house and other buildings to help prevent any possible crimes.
