A pickup truck has rearended a Maryland State Highway Administration truck on westbound Interstate 68 at the bridge over Winchester Road.
Units have responded, and traffic is backing up.

Didn’t look like he rear ended anyone, looked like the pick up was attempting to pass in the #1 lane and DOT. truck was changing from #2 to the #1 lane and pinned the pick up into the guard rail. Although last month I got an ole gal who rear ended a DOT. truck painting lines up on Martins Mountain. She said it was clearly the Dot. truck’s fault for driving too slow.
