Hundreds of Cumberland residents were affected by a burst water main Sunday. The 24-inch water main was located behind the Gulf Service Station at 847 North Mechanic Street. The burst filled the area with water and shut down traffic from the Narrows into Cumberland. The break has been repaired and traffic through the Narrows has been restored…
