The candidates for mayor of Cumberland squared off Wednesday night in a forum sponsored by WCBC Radio. One of the more pointed exchanges involved the city budget. Mayor Brian Grim wanted to know if Ray Morriss would make a tough choice on spending vs. taxing.
Morriss responded that seeking funds form other levels of government needs to be explored.
