On 09/26/2014 Maryland State Police responded to Billy Bender Dodge located on Winchester Rd.  At that location it was discovered someone had removed the wheels/tires from a new Jeep Compass that was sitting on the lot of the business.  The theft occurred during the night time hours, between the dates and times of 09/25 at 7:30 pm and 09/26 at 7:00 am.
