According to WBAL News, Maryland Congressman Elijah Cummings has passed away due to complications from health issues. Cummings was scheduled to undergo a medical procedure this week and return to work. Cummings passed away at Johns Hopkins Hospital early Thursday morning.
Cummings was 68.
