On Sunday, an off duty Cumberland Police Officer observed a subject whom he knew to be actively wanted inside a Lavale, MD business.

The off duty officer made contact with the subject and identified him as Steven Largent Musgrove, 42 of Cumberland, MD.The Officer made contact with the Allegany County Sheriff's Office which was able to confirm the arrest warrant for Musgrove.

The off duty officer stood by with Musgrove until deputies could arrive to take him into custody.  Musgrove was later remanded to the Custody of the Sheriff without bond after his initial appearance at the District Court Commissioner.
