On Saturday at approximately 12:00 PM the Cumberland City Police Department were dispatched to a residence on East Second Street for a disturbance.
Upon arrival officers contacted the complainant and learned their boyfriend had thrown hot coffee on them. Officers placed the suspect David Antoine Lee under arrest.
Lee was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an initial appearance. Lee was released on his own recognizance pending trial in District Court.
Arrested – David Antoine Lee (31) Cumberland, MD
Charge – Assault 2nd Degree
