On 05/26/2020 at approximately 1:00 AM the Cumberland City Police Department responded to a business in the 400 block of Virginia Ave for a trespassing complaint. Upon arrival officers observed Anthony Edward Horn Jr inside the business. Approximately 2 hours prior officers responded to the same business for a similar complaint. During the first incident Mr. Horn Jr was advised to leave the property and not return. Mr. Horn was arrested and transported to the police station. Mr. Horn was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial in District Court.
